This hour-long class consists of a cardiovascular warmup, stretching, strength training using resistance bands, balls and weights, balance and relaxation exercises.
This hour-long class focuses on integrating the larger and faster functional movements of the PWR!Moves program into the Balance, Stretch and Strengthen class. The PWR!Moves program was designed to target 4 foundational movements to counteract the primary deficits shown to interfere with mobility in people with Parkinson's Disease.
These programs can be designed based on your individual needs. We provide service at your home in West L.A., San Fernando Valley and La Crescenta Valley.
