Steph's Senior Wellness provides individual and small group classes that focus on balance, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training. Programs are specialized to support clients coping with arthritis, balance and postural problems, Parkinson's Disease and other health conditions.
Stephanie has been a certified fitness instructor for over 30 years working with adults ranging from 20-100 years of age. She is a certified Specialist in Senior Fitness from The International Sports Sciences Association. She is certified as a Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention instructor from the Tai Chi for Health Institute and studied at Parkinson Wellness Recovery to become a PWR!Moves™ Instructor.
In order to maintain the high standards of her practice she continues to further her knowledge by taking courses, such as, Balance Training, Strength Training for the Aging Spine, Brain Fitness and Exercise for Osteoporosis Prevention.
Stephanie is passionate about her work and loves to empower her clients to lead a happier and healthier life.
