This hour-long class consists of a cardiovascular warmup, stretching, strength training using resistance bands, balls and weights, balance and relaxation exercises.
This hour-long class focuses on integrating the larger and faster functional movements of the PWR!Moves program into the Balance, Stretch and Strengthen class. The PWR!Moves program was designed to target 4 foundational movements to counteract the primary deficits shown to interfere with mobility in people with Parkinson's Disease.
These programs can be designed based on your individual needs. We provide service at your home in West L.A. and the San Fernando Valley.
This 12 session program of hour-long classes was designed using the slow and gentle movements of Tai Chi to help with Arthritis and Fall Prevention. It is suitable for people of all levels of ability. No prior knowledge of Tai Chi required. New Classes currently forming.
